360° capture for commercial venues

Be found on the map. Be chosen on your website.

We photograph your premises in full 360° and put them in the two places customers decide from: your listing on Google Maps, and an immersive walkthrough on your own website. One site visit covers both.

Hotels · Gyms · Restaurants · Clinics · Showrooms

Two surfaces, two jobs

Customers find you in one place and decide in another

These are different problems, so we deliver them differently. Most venues need both, and one capture session produces both.

Job one · get discovered

Your premises on Google Maps

People searching "gym near me", "restaurant in BGC", or "serviced apartment Makati" judge you on your listing before they ever reach your website. Interior 360° photos on your Google Business Profile let them see inside straight from the search results.

  • 360° photos published to your Business Profile
  • Exterior and approach routes published to Street View
  • Published from your own Google account, so the imagery stays yours
  • Helps you stand out against listings with three phone snapshots
Job two · win the booking

A branded walkthrough on your website

Once they reach your own site or listing page, you control everything. A linked, room-to-room walkthrough with your branding, your colours, and a booking or enquiry button inside the tour itself.

  • Rooms and floors connected with navigation hotspots
  • Your logo and colours, no third-party branding
  • Enquiry or booking form built into the tour
  • One link you can drop into listing portals and OTAs
  • Hosted by us and embedded on your existing site

What we capture, and why it converts

Every venue type has a few spaces that decide the sale. We shoot for those first.

Hotels & Resorts

Direct bookings

Guests comparing three hotels on the same street will book the one they can already picture themselves in. A walkthrough on your own site also pulls bookings away from the aggregators charging you commission on every reservation.

Priority spaces

Lobby and reception, one of each room category, the pool and view decks, function and events halls, restaurant and bar, spa or gym. Function halls matter most for corporate and wedding enquiries, where the client is choosing a venue sight-unseen from another city.

Gyms & Fitness Studios

Membership sign-ups

The two questions every prospective member has are how crowded it looks and whether the equipment is decent. A walkthrough answers both in ten seconds, and it filters out the walk-ins who were never going to join, so your staff spend their time on real prospects.

Priority spaces

Main equipment floor, free-weights area, studio rooms for classes, cardio zone, locker rooms and showers, personal training space. Shoot the floor at a quiet hour so the equipment reads clearly, and capture locker rooms and showers, since cleanliness there is what closes the sale.

Restaurants & Cafés

Reservations & events

Diners choose on atmosphere, and atmosphere is exactly what a menu photo cannot show. The bigger win is private dining and function bookings: a group organiser needs to see the room before committing a birthday or a company party to it.

Priority spaces

Main dining room, private function rooms, bar and counter seating, al fresco or terrace areas, and the entrance approach. Shoot in the evening with your normal service lighting rather than at midday, because guests are choosing the mood, not the room.

Clinics & Dental Practices

Patient reassurance

Anxiety is the reason people delay booking, and most of that anxiety is about the unknown. Letting a patient see a calm reception and a clean treatment room before they arrive removes a real barrier, and it answers accessibility questions without a phone call.

Priority spaces

Reception and waiting area, treatment and consultation rooms, and the accessible route from parking or lift to the door. Capture outside clinic hours with no patients or records in frame, so nothing identifiable is ever published.

Showrooms & Retail

Qualified foot traffic

For furniture, tiles, cars, appliances, or fit-out materials, the showroom is the product. A walkthrough lets a customer browse your range at 11pm and arrive already knowing what they want to see, which shortens the conversation your sales team has to have.

Priority spaces

Full product floor in a logical route, feature displays and vignettes, sample or materials library, consultation area, and the parking or loading approach. Hotspots can link a display directly to that product's page on your website.

Property Owners & Landlords

Rentals & short stays

If you rent out units, a walkthrough cuts the viewings that go nowhere. Tenants self-qualify before they take up your time, and out-of-town or overseas enquirers can commit to a unit they cannot physically visit. For serviced apartments and short-stay rentals, the same capture also strengthens your Google listing and your booking-platform photos.

Priority spaces

Living area, each bedroom, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony and view, plus the building lobby, gym and pool. Shoot in daylight with every light on, and have the unit either fully staged or completely empty — half-packed rooms read as neglected.

One thing to settle first

Serviced apartments and short-stay rentals have a Google Business Profile, so the Maps half applies exactly as it does for a hotel. A single unit for sale or lease does not — that walkthrough belongs on your listing and website only, never published publicly to Maps. We tell you which side you fall on before you book.

The process

One visit, two deliverables

You stay open, we work around your quiet hours, and you approve everything before it goes live.

STEP 01

Walkthrough call

We agree which spaces matter, the quietest window to shoot them, and who signs off.

STEP 02

On-site capture

Our team shoots every agreed space in 360°, plus the exterior approach. Most venues take two to four hours.

STEP 03

Build & review

We assemble the walkthrough with your branding and send you a private link to approve or request changes.

STEP 04

Publish

We embed the tour on your website and publish the 360° imagery to your Google Business Profile. You also get a standalone link for listing portals and booking sites.

Packages

Pay once. No platform subscription.

Venue packages are one-time: your premises are captured once and the tour is yours. Need ongoing capture for property listings that keep changing? Talk to us about a subscription arrangement.

Comparable platforms bill monthly, forever. We charge once for the capture and build, and include your first year of hosting.

Straight answers

What Google can and cannot do

Worth knowing before you buy, because plenty of providers blur this line.

What goes on Google

  • Individual 360° photos of your interior, shown in your Business Profile
  • Exterior and approach routes, published as Street View
  • Public and permanent-ish, which is the point for a walk-in business
  • Free to publish, and good for local search visibility

What only your own site can do

  • A linked walkthrough that moves room to room
  • Your branding, with no third-party interface around it
  • A booking or enquiry form inside the tour
  • Full-resolution imagery, without Google's compression
  • Analytics on who viewed what, and for how long
FAQ

Common questions

Do we have to close while you shoot?
No. We schedule around your quiet hours — a gym before opening, a restaurant between service, a clinic on a closed afternoon. An empty room photographs better anyway, and it means no customer or patient ever appears in the imagery.
How long until it's live?
The walkthrough on your website is usually live within two to three business days of the shoot. Google imagery appears faster for Business Profile photos, while Street View exterior routes can take several days to process on Google's side.
Who owns the imagery?
You do. The walkthrough is yours, and the Google imagery is published from your own Business Profile account, so it stays under your control if you ever stop working with us. We ask for temporary manager access, publish, then step back out.
Can it go on our existing website?
Yes. We embed it into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace, Shopify, or a custom site with a single snippet, and we can coordinate directly with whoever manages your website.
Can we put the tour on Lamudi, Airbnb, Booking.com or other listing sites?
Yes. Alongside the embed for your own website you get a standalone link that works anywhere a URL is accepted — property portals, booking platforms, your social profiles, or an email to a tenant. Some portals allow a full embed, others only a link; we set it up whichever way your platform supports.
We rent out several units. Do we need a tour for each one?
Only for each distinct layout. If you have eight identical studio units, one walkthrough covers the type and you note the floor and view per unit. Different layouts, corner units, and furnished versus bare units each need their own capture. We work this out with you on the walkthrough call so you are not paying for repeats.
What if we renovate?
Book a re-capture of the affected spaces. There's no plan to change and no subscription to renegotiate — you pay for the spaces you need reshot.
Do you cover venues outside Metro Manila?
Yes. Metro Manila visits are included in the package price. Cebu, Clark, and other provincial locations are scheduled in batches and quoted per location to keep travel costs sensible.
